Possibly the most common question I’m asked on social media is a variation of ‘how do we keep self motivated?’.
The reality is, there’s much more to this than I had the time for in the scope of this answer. Perhaps I’ll make it a topic for the monthly live sessions?
There are biological reasons for why we feel a lack of self motivation, but there’s also the cornerstone - the real nub of the reason you might not feel motivated, and I share this in this video.
